Refund Policy

All NurseMate Pro products are instant-access digital downloads. Because the full content is delivered immediately after purchase and cannot be returned, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds.

Why digital products are non-refundable

Once your order is paid, your files are immediately available to download, save and use forever. For this reason, in line with EU consumer law on digital content, refunds are not available after the download has been provided.

Problem with your download?

If something isn't working — missing download link, corrupt file, wrong product delivered — email info@nursematepro.com with your order number and we'll fix it the same day, or replace your file at no cost.

Duplicate or accidental purchase

If you accidentally purchased the same product twice within 24 hours and have not downloaded the duplicate, contact us and we'll look into it on a case-by-case basis.
