You can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, for any reason. Email info@nursematepro.com with your order number and we'll process it.

Digital products

Because our products are instant downloads, we ask that you confirm you'll delete the files after a refund — we trust you to do the right thing.

How long does a refund take?

Refunds are issued within 3 business days and usually appear on your card within 5–10 days.
